To get access to game specific forums, you need to request membership to the specific group.
You do this in your UCP (user control panel) where you have a drop-down menu to request access in "Usergroups" and check the ones you want to join. Please take into account that trial member group is separate from a full member, so please request access to the correct group to speed things up.
Once an administrator has accepted your requests, you will be able to see the forums.
